ARCADIA PET GROOMING

Nestled at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, Furtown is a state of the art grooming salon, built, owned and operated by West Coast Grooming Academy. Furtown serves as our main campus, providing students with a state-of-the-art learning facility with top of the line grooming equipment and a design built to make life easier for groomers and pets alike.

At Furtown Pet Grooming in Arcadia, our customers are treated to a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere, with special features such as aromatherapy, calming pet pheromones and soothing music to help each pet remain as stress-free as possible throughout their stay with us. As a fully functioning salon, students are able to see what a typical day working as a groomer will be like and experience interacting with customers and getting hands-on experience grooming a wide variety of pet breeds and personalities.

The Furtown is also proud to serve not just dogs, but cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and reptiles too!

First time taking our little Milo to Fur Town. Elle was assigned to groom Milo and we were pleasantly surprised on how well Milo was taken care of. She addressed all of our preferences for his grooming and he looked great. Didn’t seem like he was stressed out more than normal, which is important for us since he’s a senior dog. Cute part was that he got a little report card for his grooming session. Looks like we found a new groomer for our little man.

This was our first time taking our dog, all though he didn’t let them groom him, I feel like we are satisfied, they gave him a fresh bath and tried their best cutting around his paws. We will definitely be back in 3 weeks for another try!

Fur Town Arcadia always scores a 5-star grooming for my fur babies. Mr. Peabody goes in scruffy and comes out looking handsome. Miss Ginger shines after her bath and brush.Service is accommodating and kind. I highly recommend Fur Town.

My cat was traumatized by another grooming faucility and she freaks out if anyone touches her feet. Nicole, at Fur Town Pet Grooming in Arcadia is fantastic! She is professional, patient, gentle and competent. Nicole is the only one who can successfully clip my cat's nails. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I've been taking my cats to Fur Town for grooming for a couple of years now. They are long haired cats so they require maintenance like getting a sanitary trim every couple of months. They get lion cuts twice a year. I've been very satisfied with the groomers so far. I wouldn't have continued bringing my cats here if there were any issues.

Visited Fur Town in Melrose for a nail trimming fur a dog who hates their paws. While she still hated her paws being touched by the groomers, they did a fur-nominal job getting a close cut.The staff was all very friendly, the facility was clean and welcoming, and my dog left not-so-happy but with short nails. (Me, very happy!)Will definitely be returning in the future fur trimmings.

Absolutely adore this place. Took my anxious, old Doxie for his bath. We have had issues with other corporate groomers, so he had developed some severe anxiety over nails trims. I spoke to two lovely humans about it before making the appointment and they assured me they could handle him.When my pup was returned to me, he had perfect, short nails and significantly less anxiety than I had seen when leaving other places. Normally, he would have ripped my arm off trying to leave, but he seemed at ease with his wonderful, calm groomer, Alex. Prices were fair and I received a first time customer discount, (With a good cash tip for our new friend Alex) Loved our experience and will be going again.
